Volunteers make our greenways great!

There is no question that contributions from volunteers greatly enhance Indiana’s vision of trails. We would like to honor one individual as the statewide Greenways Foundation Volunteer of the Year at our 3rd Annual Fundraiser on April 13, 2010.

Volunteer Award Criteria:

• Volunteer unselfishly gives own time and resources for the benefit of the vision of trails for the community and others.
• Volunteer demonstrates exemplary leadership, creativity and cooperation in their service to others with a special project or ongoing activities.
• Volunteer defines and executes the vision of the Greenways Foundation.
• The benefits from the accomplishments due to the volunteer inspire others to engage in volunteerism and sets standards for those volunteers.

Guidelines:

• Individual must be at least 18 years old.
• Anyone may nominate an individual for this award.
• Submit the nomination form below by April 5, 2010.
• An independent committee of leaders in trails, greenways, and bikeways will judge nominations.
